Welcome to TradieGo. By accessing or using our platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use TradieGo.

 

1. About TradieGo

TradieGo is an online platform that connects customers seeking trade services with independent tradies offering those services.

We provide a listing and communication service only.

TradieGo does not employ tradies, set prices, or guarantee any work performed.

 

2. Platform Use

  1. Customers may post jobs for tradies to view and apply for.

  2. Tradies may browse available jobs and contact customers directly.

  3. All communication, pricing, and agreements between tradies and customers occur independently of TradieGo.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully, and not for any purpose that may cause harm or damage to others.

 

3. Independent Relationships

TradieGo is not a contracting party to any agreement made between a tradie and a customer.

We are not responsible for:

  1. The quality, safety, or completion of any job,

  2. Any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the performance of a job, or

  3. The accuracy of any user profile or job listing.

Each tradie acts as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of TradieGo.

 

4. Payments and Fees

  1. TradieGo may charge subscription or platform fees to tradies for access to job listings.

  2. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  3. Subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law.

  4. Disputed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.

  5. TradieGo is not responsible for payments made directly between customers and tradies.

 

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

We make no guarantees about:

  1. Job availability or outcomes,

  2. Earnings potential, or

  3. The accuracy of job listings or tradie qualifications.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

 

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieGo and its owners, affiliates, or partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of:

  1. Use or inability to use the platform,

  2. Any contract or dispute between a tradie and a customer,

  3. Negligence, misconduct, or damage caused by any user.

TradieGo’s total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.

 

7. Disputes Between Users

Any disputes or disagreements between tradies and customers must be resolved directly between those parties.

TradieGo is not responsible for mediating, resolving, or compensating for any disputes.

 

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Subscription payments are final.

  2. Refunds are not available for change of mind, limited usage, or dissatisfaction.

  3. If a tradie’s access is terminated due to violation of Terms, no refunds will be issued.

 

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these Terms or behaves in a way harmful to the platform or other users.

 

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  1. Post false or misleading information,

  2. Harass, abuse, or harm others,

  3. Circumvent payment systems, or

  4. Share another user’s personal information without consent.

 

11. Privacy

By using TradieGo, you consent to our collection and handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

TradieGo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
